      Pros

      Very good company for freshers with good pay scale for starters .Good facilities and friendly environment.

      Cons

      No standards followed and favoritism and bit of politics . No pay hike as per industry standards and depending on project or work on hand ,hikes fluctuate. Unnecessary pressures and improper deadlines.

      1. Based out of Boston, this company gives opportunity to work abroad. 2. also have offices in Malaysia, Canada. 3. Good facilities like internet charges reimbursement personal well-being upto 30000 PA. 4. Benifits like Group term (25 lacs) and mediclaim (3 lacs) 5. Flexible work hours.

      Pros

      Good Environment for people who know how to do the buttering job. Good Environment for ladies since you need not stay extra hours for completing a dead line. Good Enveronment for relatives to grow and play politics in between.

      Cons

      worst environment for freshers to start. worst environment for hard working/talented people. No recognizant/appreciation for work done in crunch situations.
