Working from hone, good medical, dental, and 401k benefits

Cons

Back to back calls 80-120 per day. Only allowed 1 break Tuesday thru Friday in the afternoon only for ten minutes. Micromanaged and very unorganized! All of the supervisors/lead and young and inexperienced. Very overworked for the pay! Very little PTO, No sick time, Only paid off 5 holidays and in order to request days off for a holiday or any other day , if they are short handed you will be denied ! Constant turn overs!!
