Pros
The support staff is excellent and kind. They are the only employees who seem to do their jobs and care about the work.
Cons
The pay is terrible. They expect big law billable hours but pay like your average small firm. There is little room for growth and they play favorites between associates. Sucking up to partners is expected. This firm touts itself as being women and minority owned. However, you will quickly discovery the diversity simply does not exist at the top. It is all smoke and mirrors. This firm is a boys club with male attorneys who act inappropriately with no consequences. Multiple attorneys and staff have left for this reason. You will learn after some time at the firm about these stories and how they were "handled". There is no way to complete the expected work within any semblance of a 9-5 work day. The hours are way too long for minimal benefits/pay,
