      Pros

      -Barely any overtime. Work is only until 9am to 6pm usually. -WFH -Management is fine and defends their team from toxic clients to the point that they fire their clients or push deadlines where clients are at fault. -You get to work with talented people. -Vacation leaves. Mental health leave. Bereavement leaves. Medical Leaves. Emergency leaves.

      Cons

      Lots of introverts, so I guess lots of quiet moments? Could be a pro for an introvert and people are approachable and helpful.

      Pros

      They are a small team but they work with quality and are able to properly lead interns. They are approachable, provides clear feedback and suggestions, and allows interns to come up with solutions. Towards the end of my internship, I was assigned to do one of their client projects. I can see they aim to have a friendly work environment and they can be flexible with your working hours (case to case basis, I guess). Provides salary for interns too.
