Senior leadership team have no idea what they are doing. An office full of very unhappy people. No product, no revenue, no clue.

The company is up to no good and still struggling with stability. The leadership on this team is a huge issue, and employees do not feel supported at all. Team does not have a positive workplace culture at all and there is lack of proper clear vision and direction due to absentee management. For your sake, steer clear.

Been working here just under a year and it was great when I started with an office manager, operations team, and more team members, developers and more of a fun culture.
Lots of staff activities
Snacks and drinks
Rooftop chill out space
Dogs
Not sure which way the company is going but until a month a go this place was lively, with a great atmosphere and a larger team. Now, there are only a few staff in London & IOM office.
Cons
Too many changes and uncertainty
No clients and no revenue
I was sold a different company culture when I was hired and now I don't really enjoy coming into work
