With my over 12 years experience in this company I definitely have gained recognition and seniority within the organization, which can lead me to increased influence and improved the level of my decision-making responsibilities.
Cons
I felt that there's a risk of professional stagnation due to the fact that the company has lack of opportunities for skill development and I am obviously stuck in the same role without growth prospects eventhough in reality I was the only one who decides when it comes to my scope of work.
