Pros

Ever since I have joined QbDVision I have been consistently impressed. The opportunity to work with such brilliant minds, all dedicated to helping the process of developing life-changing drugs, is truly inspiring. From day one, I've received incredible support from my colleagues. The learning curve has been steep, but I've gained a deep understanding of the company's app and its crucial role in drug development. QbDVision offers a fantastic work-life balance with a flexible work-from-home policy, while also providing top-notch office facilities. The benefits package is competitive, and there are clear paths for growth. I appreciate the company's emphasis on teamwork and fostering a positive and professional work environment. We have monthly team-building activities that help us refresh and build strong relationships. Most importantly, I feel a deep sense of purpose knowing that my work contributes to the development of new medicines and brings hope to those in need. I highly recommend QbDVision to anyone seeking a rewarding career where they can make a real difference in the world.

Cons

The fast-paced environment can sometimes be demanding but it also presents exciting challenges and opportunities for continuous learning.

Pros

I have worked at QbDVision for close to three years and the biggest pro of working here are my coworkers (no, seriously). The team is full of smart, motivated people who are genuinely committed to helping each other succeed. It’s rewarding to work alongside colleagues who care about their work and the impact we’re making on the industry. The culture here is supportive and teamwork-driven. Even though it's a remote-first company, it’s easy to stay connected because everyone is focused on shared values and long-term goals. Working here gives you the opportunity to go to conferences and offsites—they’re fun, well-organized, and a great way to connect with leadership on a personal level. The company also offers stipends, learning opportunities, and benefits outside of work which have been helpful. Overall, I feel like my work is valued, my voice is heard, and my contributions matter.

Cons

It's a growing startup, so there are growing pains. There aren't a ton procedures or documentation, etc. But this is kind of a blessing sometimes, so, I don't know. Maybe it's a pro if you're cool like that.
