Pros
They're available 24/7 to mentor you and give you advice, not kidding. They won't hand you everything on a platter, and if they think you are capable they'll give you the freedom and the responsibilities to allow anyone so inclined to grow and learn; backed up by a support network that spans practically the entire company, including the Managing Director. They will always make time for you, no exceptions.
I learned more in the first 6 months here than in the 4 years prior working in IT, and it never stopped; I don't even recognise who I was when I started, and I'm so grateful for the opportunities that wouldn't have existed without that.
You won't find an ounce of corporate jargon here; these people are hyper smart and will see through anyone's attempt at bullsh!tting - which means anyone who tries to steal the credit for any of your work will quickly find themselves without a leg to stand on, and possibly without a job.
The honour and integrity of this bunch is second to none, they will not tolerate deceit or apathy; so you can be sure that the people you're working with have your back.
They're also oddly good with dishing out praise when they like what you're doing; I was so confused the first few times it happened, completely new experience for me, but it was nice.
Cons
Being in Frenchs Forest meant a 2+ hour commute for me, which eventually was too much; great if you're already up there.
