      Pros

      The boss before they fired him, co-workers before they quit, and the customers before I quit.

      Cons

      The lack of communication, the unreal expectations that Springfield passed on to stores. By unreal expectations, the expected EVERY store to run as a small store. Some stores didn't have the time or man power to run as they saw fit.

      Pros

      I have nothing but positive feedback for Qik n EZ. I frequent this store very often. Ever visit is like the first. I am greeted with smiles and best words for the day or season. Whatever management say to motivate and keep this enthusiasm on a daily basis, I highly recommend they do not stop.

      Cons

      I never worked at Qik-n- EZ but i would imagine the only downside will be going home at the end of every shift. The atmosphere is so positive I would work as much overtime as possible to enjoy the moments.

      Becoming increasingly behind in pay compared to market in multiple areas from bottom to upper levels.
