My journey at Qodeit has been truly positive. I joined the company as an intern, and within six months I was given a full-time opportunity, which reflects the level of trust and growth the organization encourages. The team leaders, Abhijeet sir and Ayushi mam, are highly supportive, approachable, and understanding, creating a comfortable space to share ideas, ask questions, and keep improving. The office atmosphere is lively and enjoyable, maintaining a great balance between professionalism and a friendly work culture. Working in a startup environment has given me hands-on experience, real responsibilities, and the opportunity to learn something new every day. Overall, Qodeit has been an excellent place for personal and professional growth.
Cons
There aren’t any major drawbacks to highlight. As with most startups, the fast-paced nature of the work can sometimes involve tight deadlines and changing priorities, which can feel challenging at times. At the same time, this environment helps build strong time management and adaptability skills. Overall, the challenges here feel more like valuable learning experiences than real negatives.
