Pros

Qpay is a place where management is so poorly managed that as a full time salaried employee once you learn the ropes you have plenty of time to fiddle your thumbs or in my case do side projects. Its a small company so you have less of the specializations you get when your working at a large company. With any small company if your good you can perform multiple roles that may or may not be within your skill set. Qpay is a perfect example of a company that with a solid idea and being at the right place at the right time you don't need a good corporate culture to make money. They are making money left and right and that can allow them to offer you a competitive salary and allow them to experiment more in technologies and methodologies.

Cons

Politics. With any company politics is part of the game and is present anywhere. Qpay takes that to the next level. Politics has become so enmeshed it gets in the way of performance and productivity. When you have failures all you get is betrayals and finger pointing as oppose to synergy towards finding the problem and implementing solutions. When working there you will find two class of people in management. The old guard and the new guard. The old guard consists of mostly Israeli that were present when the company took off. The new guard are people brought in by the new executive with his own people.
