      Simple, There is no pros to say about sinking ship.

      Lots of point to mentions, here I'm mentioning in simple words 1. Salary Delay[max 4 months] 2. Wasting Time and Resource in unwanted things. 3. No Proper Communication and Interaction. 4. Hiring and Packages based on colleges (Simply believing [Knowledge == IIT,NIT] ) 5. No Proper Fixed Timing Working Hours.

      Knowledgeable colleagues. Able to learn more practical aspects of what I learned from academic internships. At the same time, I was able to conduct novel research and accept failures.
