Pros

I am relatively new to QStride but what attracted me to QStride over other offers was the vision of where the company is heading and the company culture which is very entrepreneurial. The compensation is competitive and commission structure is lucrative. I really enjoy the perks such as work from home and flex schedules as the company promotes a work life balance. If you are thinking of applying, I would encourage you to do so.

Cons

With QStride being a smaller yet emerging growth company, the medical benefits package is not the greatest which I am sure will change over time. They do offer a number of paid holidays, sick days, work from home, etc. to accommodate.

Pros

I'm a current contractor working for one of Qstride's clients. The CEO and admin have been really great to work with. I have had no issues with Qstride and they even paid me in advance for some of my hours worked. Highly recommended!

Cons

I have no cons for Qstride.

Pros

Working with recruitment agencies can be a hassle, having been employed by multiple major agencies, I have some bad experiences in transparency, trust and great job placement. With QStride, i found transparency, trust and a AWESOME job placement. I was placed in a work environment that's welcoming, fun and offers multiple opportunities for growth. This is a company that will go out of their way to see you succeed. They truly believe in investing in the success of their employees.

Cons

Being employed for 4 months, I cant think of any cons QStride has. I would like to gain health benefits and other employee benefits.
