I would say at my time i got a good env to work with and mindful people to learn from everyone, everyone was friendly and helpful through my career, specially higher management always provide feedback for the work.
Cons
Well as per the size of the company might be the ctc would seem you bit moderate, and the growth (ctc) is also average.
