Pros

- Growing field (quantum cybersecurity) with lots of potential - Outstanding culture of transparency, collaboration and aligned purpose - Work-from-home but still able to maintain a strong sense of cohesiveness and shared purpose - Biggest asset is the people - genuine, smart (but real) and friendly

Cons

Not so much a con as an observation - as with most start-ups, there is a high degree of speed, ambiguity, wearing of multiple hats, hard work and some uncertainty that you must be prepared for - but if you are, it's really worth it.

Pros

Working at QuSecure has been an incredible experience. The technology is cutting-edge, and you really feel like you’re part of something meaningful that’s shaping the future of cybersecurity. The leadership team is visionary and genuinely supportive, and the company culture encourages innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. As an engineer, I get to work on complex, world-changing challenges with some of the smartest and most passionate people I’ve ever met. Everyone is encouraged to share ideas, take ownership, and make an impact. The balance between autonomy and teamwork is excellent, and the environment is both fast-paced and inspiring. QuSecure is truly a place where you can grow your career, work on breakthrough technology, and feel proud of what you’re building every day.

Cons

Fast-paced, and you need to be able to keep up.

Pros

Great technology even if it's too early for companies to buy there is a lot of potential growth for them in 1-2 years.

Cons

CEO has no idea what she is doing and has her hands in everyone's roles, making everything worse given she doesn't know anything. It is a nepo-baby environmental this company will fail if that stays same. Sales and marketing is like a Jenga game.
