      Pros

      The company has many contacts and treats their contractors well.

      Cons

      It is a tight knit group of people and if you do not have prior experience with this team they do not let you in the group. There are no processes in place and the ATS system is not utilized. Management tends to give unwarranted advice regarding your personal life but does not support you as an employee.
