      Bad management with no leadership, no career development Unconsistent strategies that are hard to follow and execute. Toxic behaviours and burn out are a lifestyle as a consequence of the malicious direction.

      Poor Management style, Lack of training, not friendly place to be around. Being in this place you will get burned out so fast. Doesnt have any growth in this company.
