Pros
I have been with the company for almost a year now and I can't say express how happy I've been. This is by far the best company that I have ever worked for. The people that I get to work alongside and learn from, are all industry experts in their field and passionate about what they do. The leadership team here really challenges and leads by example. I've read a lot of articles about how to create a positive work environment, and with different personalities and attitudes at each workplace, I'm sure it can be difficult, but in my experience, each employee here approaches problems with a desire to understand the issue and a real genuine inclination to help out their team. This is the first time that I have been involved with the transportation industry, also, and it is obvious why people in this industry never leave. The customers that I have been able to spend time with are all hard-working down to earth people that are easily relatable. I can't say enough good about this company and my colleagues.
Cons
Quala serves in the industrial tank cleaning market, this can be a dirty job. If you are looking for a glamourous industry this probably won't be for you. That being said, we are also growing at a extremely RAPID pace. Most of the employees here are all maliable and open for change. If you do not do well with change and being able to think quick on your feet, this would probably not be for you. For most of the emplyees that have started off in entry positions, Quala is a "hire from within" company, if you work hard and are looking to move up the ladder, our mentors will help you create a career.
