      None. Poor management, a financial position created by the behavior of the nominal owner.

      Cons

      Too many people pretending to know what they are doing...upper management takes no responsibility for issues at the branch level, and are dishonest.

      Its a job close to my home & they hire anybody. Also didnt drug test me
