      Pros

      Great ownership and management! They really listen when you have suggestions and don't just listen, they implement them whenever they make sense and can contribute to company growth. I feel valued and part of a great team. Recruiting is supported by smart account management with detailed reqisition notes. I have been in staffing for 19 years and have never worked for a more quality based agency. Hybrid work schedule and I love coming in the 2-3 days I do because of the collaboration. And I was a die hard remote recruiter before.

      Cons

      Initial training could be stronger for newer recruiters but that has been addressed.

      No pros! There’s nothing good about this company!! Inconsistent policies… more like pimps only interested in making money off of you!

      Misrepresents jobs!! I am SAP certified with Ariba components. I use very advanced excel, kpi’s V-look up and run reports and spread sheets over 500k lines. They sent me out to be a file clerk, alphabetizing and hard copy filing…. A warm body job just to fill it and pimp me for the cash I made them!!! They use a third party phone app to pay on a check card owned by a southeast Asian Country!! No protection for proprietary information. Also paychecks are random if paid at all. This company was formed in Jan 2023 and their incompetence is astounding…. Watch out!! AND they don’t respect your boundaries!! Call or text anytime, nights and weekends included, demanding you do what they say!! No basic respect for anyone! Incredible!!
