      I can't really think of any

      Signed up for a very specific IT job role and ended up being farmed out on contract assignments. NOT what I was expecting. Initially tried to be a good sport until I was to return to the main office, but when I saw that i was simply a resource and not an employee, I left.

      Pros

      Learned a lot, team spirit is great, great exposure as intern to be in UAT and other events

      Cons

      They do not give extra resources to teach intern anything, but interns still learn a lot just by following the team.
