I recently started at Quality Controlled Manufacturing Inc. I must say I am impressed with the overall cleanliness, equipment conditions, and a great balance of work and life.

You need to purchase your own tools it's not a bad thing most shops ask you to purchase your own anyways. But if your on a budget it's a little difficult to purchase new tools.

You get to go to work every day

No raises. Mode of doing business is stuck in the past. Mountain of paperwork. Lousy quality ethics. I hope they sell the place to someone that will bring it into the 21st century.
