Pros

Close to places to escape to for lunch

Cons

Ha! Owners hire friends from high school for management positions, who are unqualified to manage. Management is primarily female, so any males put in position for growth into management has a battle against the "click". They hire you at full time as a salary position and expect you to work past your time unpaid, but will discipline you for being five minutes late. In my opinion they are the worst employer you can choose, they are full of empty promises and tons of drama. If you are a male and plan to be an in house employee, this is not the place for you. The training is TERRIBLE, as in they have high school pals in position of management So said management have no idea how to do the job they are training you to do. So when the job is done the way you were trained, its wring so your are disciplined. All in all if you decide to work here you will be miserable. It is with out a doubt the most toxic, worst, and mismanaged place to work.

Pros

Fantastic learning environment. QualityIP provides its staff with all the tools necessary to succeed and grow in an environment as fast paced as IT consulting. Servicing customers with staff sizes of 1 all the way to 1000+, you get a taste of it all!

Cons

MSP’s are controlled chaos - it’s the name of the game! A lot of the negative reviews have come from job jumpers or unmotivated employees. If you come into any environment with a bad attitude and point fingers, you won’t last or enjoy yourself anywhere!

Pros

Can be a good job to get your foot in the door in IT or to get some experience in a specific field. Can have some potential for career growth - emphasis on potential. Pay is alright - I would approach as more for getting started in the field more so than getting paid right.

Cons

Can be rather overwhelming. MSPs make money but doing the most with the least. The workload will be rather substantial and you'll likely feel you're constantly treading water. Management can be bad about favoritism too - some people are expected to have full time sheets and be on the phone all day while others get to build magic the gathering decks or watch youtube all day
