Pros
Chill environment. The warehouse is open and it's really easy work. Easy place to make friends. Also, endless soda refills. That's always cool. The company tries to keep the environment safe and positive and the managers are usually willing to work with anyone who needs special accommodations with scheduling. There is an extremely flexible schedule here. Even with it's cons, I enjoyed this job a lot more than any of my other jobs.
Cons
Biggest Con: Very seasonal. Between Feb-September its very slow. A lot of people have their hours reduced down. Then during the holiday season, the warehouse becomes extremely chaotic and overwhelming. The company itself seems to care more about quantity rather than quality and is known for having the employees to send out bad product, and scolding us for complaining that it's bad and to send it anyway. There are so many unhappy customer reviews and so much product mailed back.
