      Generally great people and nepotism mostly gone. Flexible schedules, free soda and hot chocolate. Easy work and simple processes.

      Cons

      Business ramps up in the fall and layoffs always happen at the first of the year. Clueless new management would rather cross their fingers for success while talking in business cliches than really solve production pain points…
