They don't care about you: they just sell you and after that you won't have any connection with them. You can go to other projects if you don't like the current one. Good salary, but no future as you won't get any raise.

They don't care about you: they just sell you and after that you won't have any connection with them. The yearly performance evaluation is virtually non-existent. No hope for rise, unless you blackmail them with your resignation. No cafeteria or any benefits. No career opportunities.
