Pros
It's a great atmosphere, friendly people. I've made relationships that carry-over outside of work. Flexible work hours and some work from home opportunities. Decent social events and activities. Team-work. It is an innovative and creative team. I have exposure to fields outside of my own. Casual work attire is awesome.
Cons
I could get paid more at a larger company but the trade-off seems to be worth it, and the benefits are ok but I think they could be better.
