Pros
Company did give very good opportunity to all its employers in early days. And did care about people who working for company. It did grow strong and biggest in Finland.
Cons
After 10 years it did come too big and it was sold to private equity investors. This did lead company to lose it leading title and almost all experienced workers did leave for another job
