Pros

Quantis takes pride for its horizontal culture of innovation, collaboration and science-based impact. After only a few months with the company, I’m confident to say that the Quantis spirit has left an incredibly positive mark on me, and will guide my future professional endeavors. Beyond the incredible culture, Quantis offered me an opportunity to learn and receive mentorship from incredibly talented, driven people, who inspire through their impact. In addition, the flexibility at Quantis has allowed me to develop myself and make an impact in-line with my aspirations.

Cons

While my experience has been overall positive, I would like to highlight two important points to prospective employees. Work at Quantis can be unstructured at times; thus it will be up to you to organize your work and your time. If you are seeking a top-down, structured work environment, Quantis might frustrate you and simply be the wrong place for you to work.

Pros

Some talented and intelligent people, great work life balance

Cons

- The company lacks a cohesive culture, and collaboration doesn’t feel meaningfully encouraged. Teams often operate in silos, which can make it challenging to build a sense of belonging. - New hires receive minimal onboarding support, with little guidance on how to navigate internal processes or succeed in their roles. The environment can feel very “sink or swim.” - While there are managers who oversee people, there are very few true people leaders. Employee development and career growth don’t seem to be a priority, and feedback or coaching is rare. - Leadership is not particularly inspiring or strategic, which is especially noticeable in a consulting environment where clear direction and thought leadership are essential. - Career progression is unclear, and opportunities don’t feel evenly distributed. Favoritism is noticeable, and advancement can feel dependent on being part of the right inner circle rather than on performance. - Overall, the culture can feel isolating. Support systems are limited, and it’s easy to feel like you’re on your own.
