Nothing , it was good few years ago, but the environment has become toxic

Cons

More people left the Macedonian office. The salaries late multiple months, sometimes we even lost health insurance. The overall management are completely incompetent. They dont pay oncall duty and overtime in the past year. The environment has become extremely toxic.Since a lot of projects were closed and lot of people left, i eft aldo the company.
