Pros
Peers are fantastic The pay is pretty good There is a lot of growth opportunity if you can deal with the cons that come with that.
Cons
Although I have found my way here I am not sure I can recommend to others because it took a lot of tears to make it. CEO says a lot of sound bites but doesn't share anything of substance. Some of the members of the Sr team are fantastic but others are essentially thugs of the CEO and cannot be trusted.
