Pros

- Exposure to the functioning of an analytical Company - An amazing manager to work with who motivates intern's to do better day by day. - The work give can be monotonous or fun depending on one's approach to it. - Platform to develop coding skills if one has prior knowledge. - Monthly or weekly outings (depends). - Casual dress code.

Cons

- Minimal exposure of analytical work for the interns - A certain employee of the Business Development department has ego issues who considers himself the "Boss" right after the day he joins.

We do not know who you are referring to in the Business Development function, but I would be surprised if that person lasted.
