You instantly fall in bad books if you try to have a different opinion. - Senior leadership has no idea how to be leaders. They lack maturity and conspire and bad-mouth other colleagues with their favorite (junior) associates. They enjoy disparaging more than guiding and 'leading' which is their actual job. It's a sadistic culture. - The culture, right from the top, is to show off how hard everyone is working.
