- Delayed salary. Never received my salary on time EVER. - False promises with salary, they can keep you roped in for 2 months or more without giving you a cent - Lack of transparency with employees and clients as a way to "save face" . Will make you look bad to clients just to save face. - They keep on hiring more people even though they cant pay their employees. - Government fees (SSS, Tax, etc) are not being paid on time even though they are being deducted from the salary! - Lack of team building activities - Lack of organization and poor management - No provision of any benefits. Not even coffee. - Not enough room for everyone. Horrible equipment. - A lot of overtime is needed to maintain certain projects - No allowance no benefits, nada - Honestly, lack of genuine empathy and support for employees - Fake reviews

A startup company with a friendly environment and co-worker before pandemic. They provide a fully remote work up to now with scrum/agile values and principles. I was able to work on a different projects which enhanced my ability on web/backend/mobile development. It's a good place to start your career because the management are approachable. They provide 3-6months increase, when your contribution on the projects is great, which is very unique asset of a company. And incase you want to render an overtime work starting from 5pm onwards is always paid which is really nice compare to other companies. All the developers are highly skilled.

The company face some problem which result on delayed salary which is normal for a startup company.
