First of all, the 5* reviews are being incentivised through HR with Flexi Points that you can expense to Amazon coupon cards etc.
During my time at QIH Group, it became increasingly clear that the company’s core priorities were fundamentally misaligned with modern workplace standards. The leadership operates with an outdated mindset, focusing almost exclusively on short-term profits while neglecting the most vital part of any business: its people.
Staff wellbeing is treated as an afterthought, if acknowledged at all. Concerns about workload, mental health, or basic support are often dismissed or ignored entirely. The environment fosters burnout rather than growth, and there’s a noticeable lack of investment in employee development or morale. Three days at the office were strictly applied and in case you missed one of them they were looking for a replacement day!
Feedback loops are one-sided – if you’re not contributing to the bottom line in a measurable way, your voice simply doesn’t matter. This toxic “profit first, people never” mentality stifles innovation, teamwork, and loyalty. Many talented individuals either leave quickly or become disengaged, creating a revolving door culture.
Unless there’s a significant cultural overhaul, QIH Group risks losing not just its employees, but its credibility as a sustainable, people-oriented business in the long run.
