If you are a self starter like myself that does not need to be micro managed this is the perfect place to work.
Cons
Two months into my employment as a temp I was pulled into the office by HR and the CFO and was accused of being intoxicated (staggering, slurred speech, dilitated eyes, and the smell of alcohol) was the words used to described my behavior. It's a wonder how I made it to work drunk driving and not killing myself or someone was what I was thinking at the time. As a mother, professional, and 1 out of the 3 minority's working there I was appalled at the accusations I was hearing which were proposterous. Seven months later after the bullying and harassment ensued from HR cohorts I was finally let go due to poor work performance. My name was sabotaged and clearly this was a case of defamation of character. I will never ever refer anyone to that place.
