Pros
Excellent career opportunity for anyone with or without printing experience. An ambitious person can advance as fast and as far as desired. This is one of the few printing companies to survive the recent recession, where hard work is recognized and rewarded generously. A well run printing company that is highly regarded in the industry.
Cons
Too quick to make layoffs when workload drops off, however this could be mitigated by the person with a strong work ethic who gets noticed by management.
