Pros
Nice employees, down to earth, "family friendly" sort of, decent wages, community servitude.
Cons
-Ridiculous, mandatory and constant testing environment (meaning they make you take knowledge tests that effects YOUR PAY)... these are never-ending computer tests. -GROUP reviews and raises... yes, you and your department get to confront, praise and grade eachother. Team members opinions about you affects YOUR PAY and you get to review and grade your peers. I'm not joking. -Management is ideologically misguided, horse-blinders used in pre-employment psychological testing which tends to strip away diversity of thought within the workplace. -Firing employees on Christmas Eve. This is indicative of what kind of employer they really are. They purport to be community and church active but there is an underlying contention from employees who dont agree with the virtue signaling but go along with it for some of the other benefits like employee BBQs and flexible environment.
