      Pros

      Very fast paced so you learn a lot of stuff to do with security Nice new office

      Cons

      Worst place to work by far as a grad, management does not care about you at all, only about meeting deadlines! Literally no company/team culture, nobody talks in the office and its depressing to be in the office for 8 hours (or more). Everyone walks past your desk and you get ignored completely Continuing on from the point of being in the office, Quantum has a WFH policy but DON'T BE FOOLED!! Flexible working is not a thing unless you're a principal or senior consultant (with approval from management too)

      Pros

      * There is a generous budget for training courses and push to upskill, but that comes with a lot of pressure to obtain the certs, and in your own time where possible. * Offices are located centrally

      Cons

      * Not a very mature company * Traditional consulting environment - very strong emphasis on managing your own work to max billable hours, but not a great support structure to grow in the role if you are new / new to the industry. * The "Culture" and main perk is pizza Friday and free alcohol. * There isn't a great atmosphere. The office is silent and talking at desks is discouraged. Not great for collaboration and learning.
