Pros
Very respectful and kind team members! Company offers flex time, great location, great benefits, excellent vacation package, raises, bonus and service awards annually. QSI has owners that care and encourage working out daily, fun in office, company outings and many company challenges.
Cons
Meetings with each department should occur to discuss prior month and future month (the good & the bad), job responsibilities, problems that occurred, etc. Managers do not include staff in decisions. Would like more work at home opportunities.

Thank you for leaving such a valuable review! First, we appreciate you working with our team for the last 8+ years and hopefully many more. Incredible and insightful team members like you are what drive QSI to continued innovation, not only for our clients but our internal team. Company-wide alignment meetings are a great suggestion. We will have to work with the leadership team and employees to decide what cadence works best for all involved. I appreciate you inquiring about childcare benefits and we will be sure to consider them when re-evaluating benefits in the future. We are working to empower your voice as an employee to drive as much value out of QSI for employees and clients. Cheers!
Good as a first job out of college to get your foot in the door as its a fun work environment for the young guys but as you move up its a real mess
Cons
Upper management has all sorts of issues and are really only focused on increasing their own profits they will promise you the world and talk a real convincing talk but they don't follow through in their promises to make it worth your while when you take on additional work load to help them achieve growth. The turnover rate in upper management is more than double the industry average. They had 6 Engineering Managers in a 7 year period at one point, The CEO cannot be trusted and has a reputation for taking advantage of others Its very common for him to higher his friends for higher up positions however they rarely last long. If your interviewing here just ask them how many people have been with the company for 10+ years that are not currently an owner that should tell you everything you need to know. They only treat the owners right all others are treated as a pawn in their game.
