      Quantum Strides is run by consummate professionals with the most business integrity of anyone I have encountered in my career. The people are hard-working and dedicated to their customers and employees and I highly recommend Quantum Strides to anyone in the job market.

      Pros

      Company culture respects and promotes employee as well as contractor growth. I never felt like I was a contractor and felt very inclusive. The CEO and management set a environment of growth and mutual respect. Greatly enjoyed working with them.

      Cons

      Stringent interview process. They look for top talent in order to deliver projects on time. Less experienced candidates should be given an opportunity and trained in my opinion.
