      Pros

      Very beautiful location, scenery, and most coworkers are good. Just a 40 minute drive from Vancouver.

      Cons

      In my opinion, management has very bad leadership, communication, and problem solving skills, resulting in a toxic environment.

      Pros

      The team is awesome and friendly. The majority are outdoor badasses. The work has a huge variety and is pretty interesting. The office has the best cappuccino in Squamish

      Cons

      It's a manufacturing environment, so the work can feel due yesterday. Feels like it's transitioning from a startup feeling company to a larger one (Both a pro and a con)
