      Upper management does not care about your work life balance and will force you to work during weekends They also bully and verbally harass people under them in front of their coworkers for an ego boost

      Pros

      The team is awesome and friendly. The majority are outdoor badasses. The work has a huge variety and is pretty interesting. The office has the best cappuccino in Squamish

      Cons

      It's a manufacturing environment, so the work can feel due yesterday. Feels like it's transitioning from a startup feeling company to a larger one (Both a pro and a con)
