      Pros

      OK for Freshers only. They offer Food (Most probably Biryani) in QLC days and Sweets in case of any achievements or awards.

      Cons

      --Very Unprofessional peoples in the systems. They are doing internal politics. --I advice to not work here more than 1 or 2 years. Just learn and search good opportunity. -- No career growth, Very old technology.

      Pros

      Great for learning incase if your fresher and new to co-operate

      Cons

      Worst for experienced and high skilled people rigid working policy, feel like government office unprofessional, being a mailling company still depended on old technology and potato laptop and desktop micromanaging old people switch to ice wrap incase any body seeing from QLC after gaining experience.

It’s genuinely puzzling to hear such strong criticism, particularly the idea that the company is only suited for freshers—especially from someone who chose to stay for more than 10 years.       Pros

      I had opportunities to handle various responsibilities including month-end closing, GST filings, and financial reporting, which improved my technical skills.

      Cons

      Sometimes communication between departments could have been better, especially during audits.
