      Good to Start only if they have money to give.

      Cons

      Any project is taken up provided they know the subject or it falls under their expertise. To manage finances they take up and give customers a story which has no scientific meaning.

      None that i can think off.

      Cons

      No learning opportunities, since the company uses only open source tools and no algorithmic novelty. Bad learning place for interns or students looking for a career. Horrible work life balance, with unnecessary 9+ hours of work a day, for meagre or no pay. Bad management.
