Business Outlook
Pros
Ability to work from home.
Cons
Not given the tools to do the job properly - minimal access to job boards and therefore limited ability to search for candidates.
Directors are out of touch with actual recruitment and to quote "don't care about how fillable the roles are". They onboard clients who have unfilled jobs that have been with multiple agencies for months. Agencies have all the tools to find candidates so how they expect us to find candidates with only LinkedIn and Reed goodness knows.
You getting spoken to like a child and once away from there you realise what a toxic environment it actually is.
