Great culture and close-knit team. CEO and team leads are really supportive, genuinely care about employees and want you to succeed. Very transparent, open to collaboration and feedback. Acknowledgement for hard work. Competitive pay and benefits. (Free snacks and dog friendly office are a bonus!)

Very few cons. Just be flexible, prepared to work hard and be willing to adapt to changes as they come.
