      They will hire you from India if ur notice period is less

      Cons

      You will never meet them after u have been hired. Directly employed at client place. No manager, no performance rating, no career path. It’s like u work u paid concept.Zero benefits, no medical insurance for family members, no DP sponsor , no annual benefits.
