Pros
There are none, except maybe the minimal breaks they are allotted to give.
Cons
They don't care about the employees. When they get a high call volume, they go around handing out pizzas and doughnuts, to placate the CSR's. Their turnover rate is atrocious, because once someone starts working there, they realize the pay is not worth it.
