Pros
Nice discount on merchandise, colorful clientele, lot's of locations to work in, get to learn about many different types of items.
Cons
Work more hours than you are paid for, no breaks of any kind, ownership that doesn't care about employees, low pay with little to no room for advancement and no review process to help get raises. Have to track down the owner and beg for a raise, and hope you catch him on a good day or you might get fired.
